All orders are processed within a maximum of 2-3 business days of confirmation of the order. Orders will not be shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. From the point the order is dispatched, your order will be delivered to you within a maximum of 7 – 10 working days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will inform you of the delay immediately and work to get your consignment to you as soon as possible.
Happie Hemp via its courier partners will deliver to the recipient at the address indicated at the time of checkout, or to someone other than the person or entity named at the time of checkout having apparent authority to accept the shipment in the name and on behalf of the recipient. There is no obligation to deliver a shipment to the recipient personally and the courier partner may deliver to someone other than the person named at the time of checkout.
Cash on Delivery service is available in a limited service area. We are always working to expand our deliverable area, however, in the case where the customers’ PIN Code is out of our delivery partners’ serviceable area, Happie Hemp will be able to ship the consignment only on a pre-paid basis via the best alternative option available.
In the rare case, there may be a delay in delivery of your consignment due to floods/ heavy rains/ natural calamity/ national bandh/election dates/ curfews/traffic jams/festival times/ regulated traffic movements/ or any other impediments that may restrict the delivery of the order
Happie Hemp is not responsible for any extra customs, octroi, and taxes that are applied to your order which is dependent upon the State/Constituency to which the shipment must be delivered. All fees imposed after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Our Courier partners may, at its option, or upon the request of the competent authorities, open and inspect any shipment at any time, and shall incur no liability of any kind, therefore.
The proof of delivery or other alternate documentation evidencing delivery of the shipment will be furnished provided a request in that behalf is made within 90 days of booking of the shipment
A shipment shall be considered to be undeliverable if
the recipient’s address is incomplete, illegible, incorrect or cannot be located,
the recipient fails or refuses to accept delivery or sign or pay for delivery of any shipment
the shipment would likely cause damage or delay to other shipments or goods, or injury to persons,
the shipment is detained or otherwise unable to clear local or State boundaries,
if a recipient of a Collect on Delivery (COD) shipment fails or refuses on such delivery to pay the COD amount.
From time to time there may be information on the site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
In case the customer wants to change the delivery address after conformation of the order, we should levy a charge of INR 50 for the same.
Our courier partner will make a maximum of three attempts to deliver the consignment and after which the consignment will be deemed rejected.
Return and Exchange Policy
Happie Hemp endeavours to ensure that every transaction on our website is seamless and without any hassle. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards. As a policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on products which are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed. If you’ve had an incorrect product delivered to you (product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation), or if the product you receive has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect then we will be happy to exchange your product for a replacement. All items can be exchanged within 3 days upon delivery of products. Items exchanged for the first time will be free of cost, upon any subsequent exchange the charges borne will be levied on the customer. If you’ve received a defective product, send us pictures of the damaged item within the span of 48 hours and upon the same product or an alternative product of your choice failing to be in stock, we will be happy to, following a quality check, offer you a refund which will be processed in 14 working days (after the product reaches us). The refund shall be made through online mode. Orders once placed, cannot be cancelled.
To return or exchange a product or report any damages in transit please get in touch with our customer care within 48 hours of delivery at +91-9916200141 from Monday to Saturday, between 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (IST) or email us at email@example.com with your order number, date of transaction, delivery address and an image of the wrongfully delivered or defective item. Our customer care team will look into the issue and respond to you within 72 working hours. We typically make a reverse pick-up within 3-4 working days. Given the nature of our products, we reserve sole discretion to provide resolution as we deem fit. Every return or exchange request is treated as an individual case. We are unable to offer refunds if we’ve been given an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or if there are three failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or the package is refused by the recipient.
